Bully Safe Kids

Entry-level Ages 6 - 8 & 8 - 12

This is an excellent entry point for new students with no previous martial arts experience - introducing students to foundational grappling concepts and striking defense techniques while building the mentality, character, and grit they will need to pursue technical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. In this program, students learn striking and ground survival, control positions and takedowns, defenses and escapes, and are introduced to basic submission concepts (respect the tap!)

Bully Safe also focuses on teaching students about personal safety planning (3 T’s: Talk, Tell, Tackle), conflict de-escalation, coping with bullies, and establishes an expectation of respectful behavior on and off the mats.

Tiny Grapplers

Intermediate Ages 6 - 8

Our Tiny Grappler Program is ideal for young students who are prepared for focused technical training. Tiny Grapplers train in gi uniforms and begin to explore “grips and trips” and start developing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques including joint lock submissions and choke defense concepts.

Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Intermediate Ages 8 - 12

Our Youth Brazilain Jiu Jitsu Programs is ideal for students who are prepared for focused training, hard-work, and tough classes. This program aims to build the next generation of WAMMA Brandon Grapplers, including full-contact submission grappling.

Youth Wrestling

For focused athletes ages 6 - 12

Our Youth Wrestling Program is ideal for young athletes who are prepared for focused training, hard-work, and tough classes. Led by Westman’s most experienced Wrestling Coach, Mike Coles - this is a great starting point for athletes interested in competitive wrestling - or to supplement jiu jitsu foundation!

Advanced Youth Jiu Jitsu

Competition Prep Team

Training sessions for advanced and competitive Youth Grapplers includes intensive strength & conditioning, lots of technical drilling, and advanced submission learning - preparing youth a solid youth team for competitive grappling!
